I didn’t experience any delays, but I believe it happens. Who cares? Their prices are so much lower than everyone else, it’s worth any wait. I rented a Mustang Convertible to drive up the coast and they were almost $1,000 less than everyone else. When we finished checking in and went to go get our car, the woman even told us “pick any car from that row”. How cool is that? Got a brand new Mustang with less than 1k miles on it. Awesome trip
