Comparing the experience with another rental agency to Fox, my customer service was profoundly better with Fox. First was the convience from the airport to the rental desk and then onto my vehicle. Direct member service by the associate genuine. The process not only smooth but less red tape and the associate took me at my word! When I returned their vehicle was not sure (since it was before FOX opened) if to leave the keys in the car or where staff have there small office in the parking area. I left it in the parking area and that turned out to be ok. When I got home from our flight I needed to call to the FOX desk but instead Fox called me as I came into our home. It was a Fox agent her name is Rosala wanting to know about the vehicle key. She was nice and mentioned to her where I left it. She asked me to wait, it was probably more than 10 mintues, which made me realize she had to of ran all the way from her station in the airport to the parking garage!!!!!! Of course she had to of taken the tram as well. She thanked me for where I put it and she thanked me for our business. I am certain any other rental company would have charges me an extra day for going over my time of return. I did return it before my due time but they probably were not able to rent that vehicle out unless they had an extra set of key. Pretty sure another company would have tried to charge me. Up until rented from Fox did not know ouf your company. The price also was awesome. Most likely those that write a bad review probably who knows I don't know.
