The price seemed great overall until I got to the rental desk. They told me there was not a "priority line" so I had to wait. I get to the desk they tell me I have to buy the" state liability and that is not true. I never got a refund. they try to ADD so many different fees like toll charges that I would never use and upgrade to another vehicle. They added my son as an additional driver and when I told them to take him off, she said they could not because he had already signed the contract ($200 additional in charges). I get up to the cars and they don't have what I was promised. When I have done this through other rental services, I have never been so disappointed as this time @ fox Car Rental. I got the Dodge Charger and it was dark in the parking structure so I was not able to see the condition of the vehicle. Seemed ok until in the light of day the interior was GROSS. Someone had spilled ice cream or something on the center console and the back seat looked like more goop was on the seats and cup holders. there were markings on the rims that I did not know if they were "tow away" markers or just some weird tagging thing from the rental company. I am a car person so this is very disappointing. When I returned the vehicle early they told me I would be charged an early return fee. WHO does that? this is to your company's benefit now you can rent it to someone else. So to say the least i will NEVER rent from this company again. After being greeted by Rental Agent {Adriana) I was told I must purchase supplemental liability insurance in the state of Texas on a rented vehicle. I have always had full coverage insurance on all my vehicles and have never been forced to purchase supplemental liability before. I stated I did not need the insurance however she insisted the extra liability insurance needed to be purchased. I already pre-paid for the rental car though Priceline {nonrefundable} in order to get a better price, otherwise I would have walked down to another rental car company and rented another vehicle. I paid the extra fee and figured I would research the issue, I called the state of Texas BMV, my insurance company and also noticed on the Fox rental car website you do not need to purchase the insurance. I have spoken with two customer service agents in billing and asked to refund my money as it was not a requirement by the state of Texas. They replied since you signed the rental agreement, we cannot refund your money. This is a very poor business practice by Fox rental car! gREAT service by personnel; lots of hidden costs however.rented at Denver Airport; able to find shuttle easily. car was clean and very attractive. Line to sign in was slow, but not unexpected. Personnel were great, helpful, problem solvers and patient. returning car was easy and Gerran went the extra mile to help us with return and luggage.

The price was exactly what I had in my reservation plus $150 deposit. Getting the car in the basement was even quicker. I handed over the paperwork and they gave me the keys and showed me to the car. The car was less than a year old and in good condition. The only issue I had during my 2 week/3000 mile journey were minor issues with the FOB which appears to be common on dodge challengers.
